Unfortunately there are so many people struck by the recent earthquakes that it is hard to ignore their plight. All of Italy has responded in helping them and hoping that soon the earth will stop moving and steps can be made to bring things back to normality.
Now Easter has come again and we of english.incucina are busy with recipes to prepare for the festivities of the season and hoping that families may get together again. Best wishes for Easter to all!
